General Assembly, 2021
I spearheaded this panel from idea to fruition and was one of 3 panelists. I spoke about content design's crucial contribution to user experience to General Assembly's community of virtual attendees across the world.
Comma-Con, 2020
My talk at Meta's global content design summit in Menlo Park was described by many as the best talk of the conference.
Entitled, "The Future Is Asia," I spoke on Asia's dominance in cell phone penetration, mobile payments, and conversational commerce as well as how design preferences vary by culture.
The talk started a conversation about bringing a more global mindset to Meta design.

(BYOCD), 2019-2023
I created and delivered this training 5 times to ~100 engineers, product managers, product designers, and user researchers.
The session explained how we add value, and taught cross-functional partners the fundamentals of content design.
